Surrender can only happen when we feel safe, supported and seen within. This is physically, mentally, emotionally as well as energetically.
Starting with slow movement of gentle Yin ,yoga nidra and sound meditation to allow the physical emotional and mental body to slow down. Nurturing and hold space for yourself, create lasting transformation !

When we feel secure, our bodies release oxytocin, often referred to as the “bonding hormone,” which promotes feelings of trust and connection. This biological response not only helps us feel more emotionally grounded but also allows us to access deeper layers of ourselves.
In essence, deep surrender is an experience that arises from a nurturing environment, where all aspects of our being are meet with love. By cultivating safety and support, we create the ideal conditions for this transformative quality to emerge.

The most challenging aspect for me to SURRENDER was my habitual, masculine, forceful, effort-ing approach to life, to slowdown and and not feel guilty to pules, finding joy with-in the stillness. Creating internal trust and self-love, now grants me clearer moment-to-moment awareness throughout my day. This shift in consciousness provides the space for me to make wiser decisions that align more closely with my personal truth.
