Integration session Every 3-4weeks we encourage you to rebook for your follow up and integration to have a conversation around what has come up and what shifts you have noticed. And to retest each individual chakra as they maybe still be blocked showing up as overactive, under-active, reversed or pull energetic to one side of the body. Allowing yourself to continue to work towards feelings more energetic and emotional and physical grounded.
