Service Description

A slower style class is perfect if you are a beginner or an advance athlete. Each class we use tennis balls to lie or lean against the ball for at least 90 seconds to allow time for the fascia and tight muscles to release. allowing you to feel less tightness, pain and discomfort through out your body while improving your flexibility. this class is mostly all floor poses giving you enough time to get into and out of each pose.
